Description
Day 1 – Monday 30th March 2026
Our Vietnam adventure starts in the vibrant capital of Hanoi. Known for its centuries-old architecture and a rich culture with Southeast Asian, Chinese and French influences. At its heart is Old Quarter, where this charming part of the city offers an impressive insight into the complex and long history of Hanoi, with numerous attractions & rich cuisine.
After landing at Noi Bai international airport you will make your way to our 5* accommodation, the 5* Peridot Luxury Grand Boutique Hotel a haven of elegance and sophistication in this prime location. After checking-in, time to relax and meet your tour hosts and fellow couples joining you on this amazing trip while enjoying welcome drinks.
Day 2 – Tuesday 31st March 2026
After waking on your first morning in Vietnam, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast before being transferred the short journey to our first round of golf at Long Bien Golf Club. Designed by course architects Nelson & Hayworth, this 27-hole design is surrounded by the Dong Nai River and is one of the closest courses to the centre of Hanoi. Palm tree-lined holes with streams meandering through the layout add to the beauty of the course and it possesses one of the largest and most luxurious clubhouses in Vietnam.
After play, we return to the Peridot where will enjoy our first private group dinner together in the 1968 restaurant.
Day 3 – Wednesday 1st April 2026
After starting your day with breakfast at our hotel, its time for round two of golf at Legend Hill G.C. Opened in 2015, it was the first Nicklaus Design course in Vietnam and also the first course in Asia to adopt a unique “twin green” concept. The 36 different greens within one 18-hole golf course create an almost endless variety of hole combinations.
The layout is located in the foothills of a legendary property in the Soc Song District, adjacent to the Soc Temple, which was made famous by Phu Dong Thien Vuong, better known as Thanh Giong (“Saint” Giong). As a mark of respect for one of the “Four Vietnamese Immortals,” the course was named “Legend Hill.”
After play, we will enjoy dinner together at the magnificent clubhouse which is set upon a hill offering wonderful views of the course and the mountains beyond.
Day 4 – Thursday 2nd April 2026
A morning of leisure, as we prepare for our adventure of exploring the capital by Jeep!
We will be greeted by our guide and driver at the hotel lobby as we spend an afternoon discovering the magic of Hanoi.
On the first part of the trip, we experience the real Hanoi with a day in the life experience, featuring the parts-unknown of the city with slices of life in the maze of backstreets, tiny alleyways, local homes, schools, random markets and black market, experiencing where & how locals live, work and play.
On the second part of the trip, we pass by & stop at the MUST-SEE places of this beautiful city, such as Ho Chi Minh mausoleum-the Mecca of Vietnamese, The 1000 year-old Buddhist and Toasist temples of Tran Quoc, temple of Literature, the historical training track, the enchanting French Quarter, the hustling & bustling Old Quarter, the romantic lakes of Hoan Kiem, West lake , Hanoi Opera House & famous Long Bien bridge.
On the final part of the trip, we will be taken to the poetic & peaceful villages and floating community along the Red River to enrich your experiences about the contrast in harmony of life between the city and the countryside of Hanoi.
We return the hotel approx 6.00pm where the evening is at your leisure.
Day 5 – Friday 3rd April 2026
After breakfast we head to the BRG King Island Golf complex for our final game in Hanoi. The Kings Course is the latest to be built at this 55-hole resort to accompany The Mountain & Lakeside courses and is regarded by many as the best of the three. Opened in 2018 and designed by Jack Nicklaus II, it is a modern style course with wide fairways and strategically placed bunkers.
The front nine meanders through natural woodland whilst the back nine weaves it way around several lakes. A fun and exciting challenge awaits when you finish on the 18th green…a special par-3 19th hole, played from a tee above a rock waterfall to an island green. Double or quits?
It is arguably the best golf course in Hanoi.
After play, we will experience dinner together in the Clubhouse at Kings Island Golf Course which is designed in the shape of a traditional Vietnamese conical hat, enjoy much banter and congratulate our winners!
Day 6 – Saturday 4th April 2026
It’s time to leave the hustle and bustle of the capital and take the journey east to explore the captivating beauty of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.
Our home for the next three nights is the stunning 5* FLC Halong Bay Golf Club & Luxury Resort. This hotel is a rare treat with its prized Feng Shui location on a high mountain presiding over an expansive coastal vista. Every position within the complex promises an unbroken view of either Ha Long Bay World Heritage or the alluring Ha Long.
Once settled in, the evening is at you leisure to maybe either enjoy one of the hotel’s three restaurants or venture in to the nearby city.
Day 7 – Sunday 5th April 2026
After breakfast, we will be picked up at the hotel lobby for the short journey to Tuan Chau Marina where will embark the Paradise Explorer for a day cruise around Ha Long Bay, one of the seven wonders of nature.
As we set sail, you will be able to take in the breathaking scenery while visiting iconic islets like Dinh Huong & Trong Mai and the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, the largest in Ha Long Bay. Here the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years have taken on fascinating shapes.
Time to savour lunch while enjoying the stunning scenery of the famous World Heritage Site along the way.
Our final stop on our journey will be Ti Top Island, where you can hike to the top for stunning panoramic views of the bay or enjoy a refreshing swim in Halong Bay’s emerald waters.
As we return to the marina we will enjoy a Canapé party and the last moment of the trip “golden hour” for taking sunset pictures. Make sure your phone and camera are ready.
We return to our hotel where the remainder of the evening is at your leisure.
Day 8 – Monday 6th April 2026
After breakfast, we are back on the golf course as we play Ha Long Bay G.C. Facing the South China Sea and overlooking the famous UNESCO world heritage site, this Schmidt-Curley designed layout boasts one of the most beautiful settings for a golf course in Vietnam, if not Asia.
Sitting above the old town of Ha Long and overlooking the spectacular limestone karst-riddled bay, the course offers incredible views which are quite simply some of the most mind-blowing and breath-taking sights anywhere on the planet.
It is the par 3s that really stand out here, and there are five all with their own panoramic views. Two of them, the 8th & 12th both bear an uncanny resemblance to the iconic 7th hole at Pebble Beach.
After play, we will return to the hotel for our group dinner in one of their fantastic restaurants.
Day 9 – Tuesday 7th April 2026
After our final breakfast in Ha Long, its time to move on as we transfer for our internal flight to our next destination Da Nang known as “Vietnam’s Golf Coast”
Once landed, we will make our way to our home for the final part of our adventure, the stunning 5* Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort & Spa. Located on the breath-taking white sandy stretch of Non Nuoc beach, the hotel enjoys beautiful views of the East Sea and Marble Mountains.
Once settled in, time to un-wind and relax at your leisure and maybe sample one of the hotel’s three fantastic restaurants.
Day 10 – Weds 8th April 2026
After a sumptuous breakfast in our new breathtaking surrounds, we head for our first round of golf in this region.
BRG Legend Da Nang was Greg Norman’s first course built in Vietnam and since its opening in 2010 has won multiple accolades worldwide, including “Vietnam’s Best Golf Course 2024” by World Golf Awards. The Dunes course is situated on the fledgling central coast of Vietnam amid 150 hectares of dunescape similar to what the world’s first golf courses were carved from. The links-style layout was designed in the true spirit of the game — blown-out bunkers, firm and fast fairways that bleed gently into wild seaside vegetation, rugged waste areas, swales and hollows.
It lies in close proximity to two of Vietnam’s most historic destinations — UNESCO World Heritage sites Hoi An and Hue — and offers breathtaking views of the Marble Mountains, East Sea and Cham Islands. Its tapestry of Old World features is reminiscent of the traditional links courses of the UK, while its indigenous surroundings call to mind Norman’s home courses of Australia’s and its Sandbelt region.
After play, we return to the hotel for our group dinner where no doubt the days events will be discussed over a glass or two!
Day 11 – Thursday 9th April 2026
A day of leisure or maybe not? Our hotel is just steps from Marble Mountain and within proximity of three UNESCO World Heritage Sites including the Imperial City of Huế, the old town of Hội An and the ruins of My Son Sanctuary.
In addition to the beach right outside our hotel, you can make a day trip to Cham Island. It’s home to just three thousand inhabitants, most of them fishermen, so there’s fresh seafood to be had if diving and snorkeling with the fish isn’t a close enough encounter with the marine life.
Day 12 – Friday 10th April 2026
After breakfast, we head to play many believe to be “the best course in Vietnam”
Designed by Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald, his first course design, Ba Na Hills has been awarded “Vietnam’s Best Golf Course” for 6 consecutive years. Set at the foot of one of the most impressive mountain ranges in the region, every hole and vantage point is framed by a beautiful backdrop of local native forest. Set in a series of several valleys, the front nine holes form a traditional parkland course surrounded by pine forests while the back nine plays along and up-and-down the surrounding hills with many doglegs holes and are the more dramatic and challenging ones on this stunning layout.
To savour every last minute of this incredible venue, on completion of play we will enjoy our group dinner in the clubhouse of the No.1 ranked course in the country.
Day 13 – Saturday 11th April 2026
A day to choose as you please. Maybe take advantage of the hotel’s VIE Spa offering traditional Vietnamese therapies with modern wellness rituals. In the evening visit “Dragon Bridge” This 2,185-foot-long bridge shaped like an undulating golden dragon is the most famous over the Han River in downtown Danang. On weekend nights, the dragon comes to life in quite an unusual way: the bridge is closed to traffic, and the massive dragon head on the east end of the bridge releases bursts of flames and water in a spectacular night show. Prepare to get wet if you stand on the bridge near the head.
Or if you are craving for more, another round of golf can be arranged (green fee applies)
Day 14 – Sunday 12th April 2026
After breakfast, we play our final round in Da Nang at the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Hoiana Shores.
Offering majestic views of the Eastern Sea and Cham Islands, set against a spectacular coastline and unspoiled natural terrain, the genuis design of Jones truly offers a thrilling links golf experience. It won “World’s Best New Golf Course” after its opening in 2019 and has now firmly established itself as one of “Top 100” golf courses in the world.
The club lies within an enormous 2,500-acre site to the south of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as The City of Lanterns . Fittingly, the pins on every green are adorned with lanterns instead of flags.
Upon our return to the Hyatt Regency, we will enjoy our final group dinner together of this amazing Vietnam tour.
Day 15 – Monday 13th April 2026
Sadly our Vietnam adventure has come to an end. After our final breakfast together, you will travel the short journey to Da Nang International Airport for your journey home. Alternatively, if you have chosen to extend your trip you will be transferred to your next destination
