Day 1 – Saturday 18th September 2027
Arrive in Japan at Kansai International Airport, where your unforgettable journey begins.
A short shuttle transfer will take you to the elegant Nikko Kansai . Directly attached to the airport , the hotel is perfectly located for a smooth and comfortable arrival experience. After check-in, take time to relax and unwind following your journey.
Later in the evening, join your fellow travellers and Fairways Mixed Golf hosts for registration—a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another and start building the friendly, sociable atmosphere that defines our trips.
Day 2 – Sunday 19th September 2027
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out and meeting your guide for the day.
This morning, experience the highlights of Osaka with a guided sightseeing tour by private coach, including a visit to the iconic Osaka Castle grounds, offering a fascinating glimpse into Japan’s rich history and heritage.
You’ll then enjoy a relaxing river cruise along the Osaka waterways, a wonderful way to take in the city from a different perspective.
Following lunch, depart Osaka and travel in comfort by private coach to the stylish port city of Kobe.
On arrival, check in to The Orient, Kobe, a beautifully restored hotel blending timeless elegance with contemporary style.
The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure—perfect for unwinding or enjoying the hotel’s refined surroundings.
This evening, you may wish to dine at the hotel or explore one of Kobe’s excellent restaurants.
Day 3 – Monday 20th September 2027
After enjoying a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, we prepare for our first round of golf in Japan playing the prestigious ABC Golf Club, one of the country’s most highly regarded courses. (lunch included)
Designed by the renowned Japanese architect Osamu Ueda, ABC Golf Club reflects a philosophy of precision, balance, and understated elegance. Regularly hosting professional tournaments, the course has earned its reputation as one of Japan’s most respected championship venues, admired for both its playability and pristine presentation.
The greens are a defining feature—fast, true, and intricately contoured—placing a premium on accurate approach play and a sharp short game. Each hole offers a distinct character, combining challenge with visual appeal, while the tranquil setting enhances the sense of exclusivity.
Following your round, we will return to the hotel to freshen up and then enjoy our first group dinner together at the renowned Kobe Beef Steakhouse.
Day 4 – Tuesday 21st September 2027
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before a relaxed morning —perhaps take a gentle stroll along Kobe’s waterfront, explore the local boutiques, or simply unwind at the hotel.
Late morning, meet your guide and fellow guests before heading out for a light lunch together, offering another opportunity to socialise and share experiences.
In the afternoon, visit a traditional sake brewery, where you’ll gain a fascinating insight into Japan’s centuries-old brewing techniques. Enjoy a guided introduction to the process, followed by the opportunity to sample a selection of locally crafted sake.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon, with the evening at leisure to enjoy as you wish.
Day 5 – Wednesday 22nd September 2027
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we transfer by coach on the short journey to Rokko Kokusai Golf Club.(lunch included)
Recognized as one of the best golf courses in Japan, this private members club boasts two courses the East & West.
Originally designed by Japanese architect, Fukuichi Kato, both courses were redesigned in 1996 by Jack Nicklaus.
The East, which is the one we will play, is the more famous having hosted numerous professional events including the Japan Open & Japan Senior Open.
The beautifully curved fairways, undulating high-quality putting greens, and strategically placed ponds and bunkers have made the East one of Japan’s most created attractive layouts.
After play, we will return to the hotel, where the evening is free for you to enjoy.
Day 6 – Thursday 23rd September 2027
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and meet your guide for the journey ahead.
Travel by private coach to the historic city of Kyoto, while your luggage is transferred separately for added ease and comfort.
On arrival, we will visit the magnificent Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), one of Japan’s most celebrated landmarks, set within beautifully landscaped gardens and offering a truly memorable cultural experience.
Enjoy a traditional Japanese lunch, providing a wonderful introduction to the region’s cuisine.
in the afternoon, continue your journey to Kanazawa by train, including a ride on Japan’s world-famous bullet train, renowned for its speed, comfort, and precision.
On arrival in Kanazawa, transfer to your hotel and check in to the stylish Hyatt Centric Kanazawa, your home for the next three nights.
Spend the evening as you wish—perfect for relaxing after a fulfilling day or enjoying a gentle stroll with fellow guests.
Day 7 – Friday 24th September 2027
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will make the journey to Noto Country Club. (lunch included)
Located in the seaside area of Hakyo District, this 27-hole layout looks out to Mount Hoda to the east and golfers can hear the tide of the Sea of Japan to the west as the course weaves it way through black pine and acacia forests.
The club has held numerous tournaments including the Dunlop Tournament and the Mitsubishi Gallant Tournament and as recently as 2023 hosted the Japan Seniors Open.
Once the round is completed we will return to our hotel, where we will enjoy a fabulous presentation group dinner together at the famous “Kagaya” restaurant nearby.
Day 8 – Saturday 25th September 2027
Time to unwind and enjoy a day of leisure.
A full rest day in Kanazawa. Time to relax, explore the local area independently or simply unwind between rounds.
This slower paced day is designed to balance the tour and allow you to fully enjoy the surroundings.
Later in the day, there is the option to enjoy a Shabu Shabu dinner with geisha entertainment.(an unforgettable cultural experience available at an additional cost)
Day 9 – Tuesday 17th March 2026
After our final breakfast in Kanazawa, its time to move on as we transfer and enjoy a wonderfully smooth journey through Japan’s ever-changing landscapes.
Travel together aboard the iconic Shinkansen, experiencing the comfort and efficiency of Japan’s world-famous bullet trains. Lunch is served on board as you glide towards Tokyo, before connecting seamlessly onwards to Odawara.
With luggage transferred separately, you are free to relax, take in the scenery and enjoy the experience as a group.
On arrival, a private transfer brings you into the peaceful mountain setting of Hakone, where you will check in to the elegant Fujiya Hotel for a three-night stay.
Hakone provides a perfect change of pace—cool mountain air, stunning natural scenery and a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for unwinding.
Day 10 – Wednesday 18th March 2026
After a sumptous breakfast in our new breathtaking surrounds, we head for our first round of golf in this region.
Susono Country Club (lunch included) is a magnificent layout with stunning views of Mount Fuji from every hole. Opened in 1985, this exclusive championship layout blends generous fairways with well-placed water hazards and subtle bunkering. Always immaculately maintained it offers a quintessential Japanese golf experience – scenic, precise and quietly challenging.
After play, we return to the hotel and a chance to discover, dine or simply unwind.
Day 11 – Tuesday 28th September 2027
We begin the day with breakfast at the hotel before transferring to the prestigious Daihakone Country Club. (lunch included)
Set within the serene beauty of Hakone’s rolling landscape, this refined championship course offers immaculate fairways, subtle elevation changes, and elegant glimpses of Mount Fuji. Designed by renowned Japanese architect Toshio Shiratori, the course is set within beautiful, forested surroundings.
After completion of the round, we will return to the comfort of the Fujiya Hotel. The evening is yours to enjoy in comfort and style.
Day 12 – Wednesday 29th September 2027
Following breakfast, we depart Hakone for the capital.
Arriving in Tokyo, begin your introduction to this incredible city with a visit to the serene Meiji Jingu Shrine, a peaceful forest sanctuary offering a moment of calm and reflection.
Continue to a refined lunch before exploring the graceful surroundings of the Imperial Palace, where manicured gardens and historic architecture provide an elegant insight into Japan’s imperial heritage.
A short transfer brings you to the prestigious InterContinental Tokyo Bay, where you will check in for a three-night stay. Overlooking the glittering waterfront, this hotel offers the perfect blend of sophistication, comfort, and location—an ideal base to experience the energy and elegance of Tokyo.
Day 13 – Thursday 30th September 2027
Enjoy breakfast before a full day at your own pace, allowing you to experience Tokyo exactly as you wish—whether that’s elegant shopping, cultural exploration, or simply relaxing in the comfort of your hotel overlooking the bay.
For those seeking a curated experience, an optional private excursion is available at a supplement, offering a fascinating insight into Japanese culture, beginning with a unique sumo dining experience, where you will enjoy lunch accompanied by an engaging demonstration of this ancient sport. Afterwards, continue to the iconic Tokyo Skytree, where panoramic views stretch across the vast city skyline, offering a breathtaking perspective of Tokyo’s scale and energy.
Return to the InterContinental Tokyo Bay in the late afternoon, with the evening free —perhaps with cocktails overlooking the waterfront or dinner in one of the city’s exceptional restaurants.
Day 14 – Friday October 1st 2027
After breakfast, we depart Tokyo for our final round of golf at the exclusive Camellia Hills Country Club, (lunch included) widely regarded as one of Japan’s finest modern golf experiences.
Designed by respected architect Shunsuke Kato, the course showcases a beautifully balanced layout, where gently undulating fairways weave through natural woodland, complemented by immaculate bunkering and superbly contoured greens. Every detail is meticulously maintained, creating a playing surface of exceptional quality and consistency.
In the evening, we come together for a memorable farewell dinner at the hotel—an elegant celebration of a truly exceptional golfing journey, shared experiences, and lasting friendships and crown our champions!
Day 15 – October 2nd 2027
Sadly our Japan adventure has come to an end. Enjoy a final breakfast overlooking Tokyo Bay before checking out of the hotel. Your private transfer will take you comfortably to either Haneda or Narita Airport.
