Holidays Abroad
For all holidays abroad your contract is directly with the Tour Operator (ABTA/ATOL/IAGTO). The Tour Operator is responsible for all aspects of your holiday and their Terms & Conditions apply. Links to the appropriate Tour Operator’s Terms & Conditions can be found on each holiday web page.
A non-refundable deposit, amount of which will be determined by the tour operator, will be required at the time of booking for golfing holidays abroad. The cost of flights is also payable if booked on your behalf. Flight times and golfing arrangements may be subject to alteration.
Balance payment reminders will be issued ten/twelve weeks prior to any holiday. All payments are to be made directly to the Tour Operator.
Should you wish to cancel a confirmed booking written notification is required. Your contract is directly with the ABTA/ATOL/IAGTO Tour Operator and their cancellation charges will apply.
Travel Insurance
It is mandatory that the client has comprehensive travel insurance for all golf holidays abroad. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses, etc.
The client certifies that they are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate in sporting activities such as golf or wildlife activities by a qualified medical professional. They certify that there are no health related reasons or problems which would preclude their participation in any travel arrangements or activities.
The client acknowledges that travel arrangements and activities may carry with them the potential for death, serious injury and property loss.
If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover we will not be liable for any losses that may arise.
